This tranquil haven offers fewer crowds, endless ocean waves, and a prime location beside Kapiolani Park. This open studio comes fully equipped with modern amenities, including a brand-new full kitchen, comfortable living space with peekaboo ocean views, dining nook, queen-size bed, cozy lounge area with a sofa, and immaculate full bathroom.

This home is a studio with a queen size bed (sleeps 2), full size sofa bed (sleeps 2), twin size sleeper futon (sleeps 1), queen floor mattress (sleeps 2), full kitchen, dining for 2, and full bath with shower. Sleeps 4 guests comfortably, and 6 guests max, and is located on the 2nd floor. Elevators are available.

*Please note that this is a flexible property, no switching of guests is allowed. Strict no smoking policy.
KITCHEN/DINING
This home includes a full kitchen with brand-new appliances, including a range, dishwasher, medium size fridge/freezer, and microwave, as well as other useful appliances, such as a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Dishes, cups, cutlery, and basic cookware are also provided.

LIVING/SLEEPING AREA
The living area includes a mounted flatscreen tv, queen size bed (sleeps 2), full size sofa bed (sleeps 2), twin size pull sofa bed (sleeps 1) and floor mattress stored in bathroom closet (sleeps 2), dining nook for 2, and a small work area with desk & chair. Additional features include ceiling fan/light, mirror wall, and a wall-to-wall window with plantation shutters that looks out to a partial ocean view.

Full bath includes a single sink vanity with ample vanity space, double closet, retro glass block shower, and toilet.

OUTDOOR AREAS
This home does not have a private outdoor space.

The Colony Surf building includes access to a surfboard during your stay! This iconic building offers 24/7 security, secured entry, elevators, outdoor shower after a day at the beach, and so much more! The lobby also features Michel's - a high-end French fine dining restaurant famous for its sunset views and incredible food since 1962! Building also includes a meeting room, communal laundry, and guest parking.

This home includes one assigned, covered parking stall.

Simply wander through the lobby to find yourself directly on the sandy beach or take a leisurely jog around Kapiolani Park, shaded by lush trees and graced with stunning views of Diamond Head. Also only a short drive to Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, and the list of great, accessible offerings in town goes on!
