This flexible studio offers ocean views and sleeps 2 guests comfortably, and up to 4 guests total. This unit is located on the 21st floor. Elevators are available.

This unit includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2 guests), dining area for 4 guests, full size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), large flat screen smart tv, desk with charger compartment, and ac. Sleeper sofa can be used as a sofa or additional bed; dining chairs are foldable and can be used as desk chair for work desk or stowed to make more space. Kindly note that this space is comfortable for 2 guests, but sleeps 4 max.

BED/BATH
This unit includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2 guests), full size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2 guests), and full bath with standing shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS
This home does not have a private outdoor area.

The Hawaiian Monarch building offers upgraded amenities such as a giant Sundeck, pool and hot tub, paid fitness center (one-time nominal fee), paid luggage storage (one-time nominal fee), paid laundry (nominal fee). The building lobby levels also have a locally-owned coffee shop, car rental, King’s (bar), convenience store and restaurant (Burger & Sushi). Building has 24/7 security, elevators and attached, secured garage.

PARKING
This home does NOT come with parking. Paid parking is offered based on availability by the attached garage for a daily fee of approximately $40/day. Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us. It is ran by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

The Hawaiian Monarch offers easy access to Honolulu’s diverse offerings. Take a short walk to the restaurant-filled Hilton Hawaiian Village or the adjacent protected bay for swimming, picnic-ing and paddle boarding.   The day we arrived, the shower was flooded and security had to come up and down draining it at 1:30am. Host was unresponsive and we were left without a shower for 3 DAYS before we decided to check out early from our 7 night stay and book somewhere else. Security had to keep coming to drain it every night of the 3 nights we stayed, and they told us the host knew about the situation before we arrived. Wasn't until after the 4th day that she messaged us that she had another unit available, by that time it was too late. Gave us a refund for the for the 4 nights we didn't stay and 30% from the 3 nights we did, but refund still came out to less than half the amount we paid. When asked for an itemized receipt of the refund, she stopped replying. Dishes in the kichenette were dirty too.

  The first night we realized that the hot tubes do not work and there is no pool it is empty. When we went to bed we woke up with bug bites on our arms and legs. The bugs are in the pillows and in the bed.We had to sleep on the couch. One day we noticed that we had no water and the water will be down for hours. When the water came on the sink Fauset leaked water all over the floor so our bags got wet. Their was a broken TV that did not work so there was no TV at all. We tried to use the laundry but that too was a joke. The machines turn on when you pay but there is no water. So, your dirty close stay dirty when you take them out, they are dry. The whole experience was a total burn. I emailed Vrbo the next day and could not get anyone to answer us.
