This unit includes a galley kitchenette with a hot plate (portable stove), microwave, coffee pot, medium size fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware.

LIVING/SLEEPING AREA
This unit includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2), bedside tables/lamps, small open closet space, flatscreen TV, and dining table with seating for 2.

BATH
This unit includes a full bath with newly renovated shower, toilet, and single sink vanity area separate separate from the bathroom.

OUTDOOR AREAS
This unit features a private lanai with city views and outdoor dining for 2.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The Kuhio Village community offers elevators, secured entry, security, building manager and 2 paid parking lots at either entrance.

PARKING
This home does NOT come with parking. Paid parking is offered based on availability by the attached garage for a daily fee of approximately $25-35/day. Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us. It is ran by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

LOCATION
The Kuhio Village building is located in the center of Waikiki on bustling Kuhio Ave. Take a short walk to the International Market Place, Duke’s Lane, the restaurant- and boutique-filled Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, and soft-sanded Waikiki beaches, where you can bask in the beautiful Hawaii sun, swim, surf, and enjoy life! Nearby attractions include Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, Diamond Head State Monument and more!

This unit is not part of the hotel pool. This property is independently owned and managed and does not offer/include daily cleanings or linen services.

  I had a nice stay in Waikiki. Getting in was clear and simple instructions. The apartment was small but comfortable and a good location to the beach and surounding restaurants and shops. Only thing I'll say is some of the furnishings were a bit old/run down (not exactly as seen in the photos). The bed was quite soft which made getting in/out a little awkward (but once in I slept great!). All in all it was a good place to stay for guests who are looking for a simple place while exploring O'ahu. I was able to buy food and use the small kitchenett facilities which helped save some money on restaurants. The small balcony was nice for a lite breeze in the evenings.

  1. They gave me the wrong unlock code then kept implying I don't know how a lockbox worked. 90+ min later they send me the CORRECT unlock code.
  2. Wifi info was wrong. The modem was new and they didn't know it.
  3. Lights were unplugged and didn't work.
  4. TV was new only 1 of the 3 remotes worked. DVD remote was missing.
  5. Main lobby is NOT LOCKED overnight as indicated. Anyone can get in.

  Unit is comfortable but some things listed were not provided like shampoo. Lamps were broken, only enough toilet paper for one, only one set snorkel gear but two beach chairs. The unit is certainly acceptable but not stellar especially for more than one person.
