  The vertical blinds on the window didn’t work. So is impossible to sleep with all the lights coming into the room. I reported , but no one did anything. The fridge was leaking water from the left corner, so I have to place towels to keep the mess to a minimum. The cleaning lady’s did not have enough time to clean the room , so the floors were not mopped there was a man underwear’s behind the tv stand. No one came to clean the room between my stay. The kitchen did not have light, so is hard to see when one is trying to cook a meal. Only one key was given to us. So it was difficult to stay in the room if the other person wanted to go out the other person did not have the key for the elevator or for the hot tub room.
