This humbly stylish & spacious Waikiki studio is in a great location at the Hawaiian Monarch building. This unit features AC, TV, wifi/cable, work desk & chair, and dining area for 2. The Hawaiian Monarch is a secured building that includes a spacious sun deck with grilling area, pool, and hot tub steps away from Waikiki’s shopping, restaurants, nightlife and activities. Only a short walk from Fort DeRussy Beach Park, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Ala Wai Canal and more!

This partially remodeled studio offers partial ocean, canal, and city views and sleeps 2. This unit is located on the 25th floor. Elevators are available. *see OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE below*

This home includes a small kitchenette + dining area with a hot plate (portable stove), microwave, coffee pot, medium size fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery, basic cookware, and seating for 2.

This unit includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2), work desk & chair, additional side chair, TV, and AC.

BATH
This unit includes a full bath with tub/shower combo, toilet, and single sink vanity.

The Hawaiian Monarch building offers upgraded amenities such as a giant Sundeck, pool and hot tub, paid fitness center (one-time nominal fee), paid luggage storage (one-time nominal fee), paid laundry (nominal fee). The building lobby levels also have a locally-owned coffee shop, car rental, King’s (bar), convenience store and restaurant (Burger & Sushi). Building has 24/7 security, elevators and attached, secured garage.

PARKING
This home does NOT come with parking. Paid parking is offered based on availability by the attached garage for a daily fee of approximately $40/day. Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us. It is ran by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

The Hawaiian Monarch offers easy access to Honolulu’s diverse offerings. Take a short walk to the restaurant-filled Hilton Hawaiian Village or the adjacent protected bay for swimming, picnic-ing and paddle boarding.     We stayed here for 7 nights. The location was good (GREAT view, close to the beach, grocery stores, and bus stops), and we had no issues checking in or out. The rental car place in the lower level was super convenient as well. The bed was comfortable enough and the room had the basic amenities we needed (microwave, mini fridge, sink and dishes, etc.), but the room itself could really use some maintenance. The overhead lights didn't work (so we used the wall lights which did provide enough light), there were holes/chipping paint in the walls, the shower had rust spots and an old dirty liner, and there were ants. The Roku that comes with the TV was unusable because only half of the outlet was functional, so we couldn't use the TV, the wifi router, and the Roku all at the same time. The AC could use a new filter as well. Overall, we were moderately satisfied with the unit, but it didn't feel like the nice, comfy-cozy place to spend our vacation that we were hoping for.

    This building location is great and view from room as well.
    Just this building is not new.
    Owner take care of me much and if I ask them then they answer me quickly. So they are great owner.
