Our unit is located in the Hawaiian Monarch building, just a short walk from world famous Waikiki Beach, Fort DeRussy Beach Park, Hilton Hawaiian Village, International Marketplace and more. The building includes secured elevator access, a spacious sun deck with grilling area, pool, and hot tub, as well as a small gym. Enjoy easy access to Waikiki’s shopping, restaurants, nightlife, array of activities, and more!

This 2-bedroom/2-bathroom penthouse with ocean views sleeps 8. This top-level unit is located on the PH2 floor. Elevators available.

KITCHEN/DINING
This unit features a sizable kitchen with a brand-new full-size fridge and freezer, ample cupboard space, kitchen sink, oven, induction stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and rice cooker. Also includes basic cookware, bakeware, plates, bowls, cutlery, coffee mugs, cups, and more. The dining area includes a breakfast bar with 4 chairs and a sizeable dining table with 6 chairs.

This home’s open concept living space features an entry way, full kitchen, sofa bed (sleeps 2), coffee table, and a large flatscreen tv.

The Hawaiian Monarch building offers upgraded amenities such as a giant sundeck, pool and hot tub, paid fitness center (one-time nominal fee), paid luggage storage (one-time nominal fee), paid laundry (nominal fee). The building lobby levels also have a locally-owned coffee shop, car rental, convenience store and other eateries. Building has 24/7 security, elevators, and attached garage.

PARKING
This home does NOT come with parking. Paid parking is offered based on availability by the attached garage for a daily fee of approximately $40/day. Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us. It is run by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

    Overall experience was good however not enough toilet paper or paper towels. Also no cleaning supplies. No toaster. Communication was very poor. I sent several messages with no response. Looks like there was some construction going on in the unit I was not told about. Also bedroom had missing shade so unable to sleep in. Location was great.
