The building lobby levels also have a locally-owned coffee shop, car rental, King’s (bar), convenience store and restaurant (Burger & Sushi). Building has 24/7 security, elevators and attached, secured garage.

PARKING

This home does NOT come with parking. Paid parking is offered based on availability by the attached garage for a daily fee of approximately $40/day. Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us. It is ran by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

  Enjoyed the convenient location of this property. Really appreciated the affordability. The room itself is basic and comfy, not fancy. Check in information was not sent on time and caused a little stress for us, but fortunately we were able to reach someone to help.   Good for the price, but the showers were SO short.. Granted, I'm pretty tall but even my wife had issues using the shower. We did enjoy our stay though, enjoyable location for a fairly cheap price.

  Checking in and out was messy but at least it was handled quickly when things were brought up. The property was okay definitely could be updated and miner things patched and painted. I stayed for three weeks and it was okay but at least I’m a good location. The laundry room was a plus and the pool was pretty good as well. I think maybe there should be a different protocol if longer stays are happening just in my personal opinion.

  This place is perfect! Great location, view from the window, and price-quality. We also used the hot tub in the pool area once, and the washing machine service. Check-in, check-out, and communication were great. I totally recommend this place and I will choose it for my next stay for sure! Mahalo!
  Side note: On arrival, we had a problem with the towels and small ants by the window (but expect to find these ants everywhere in Hawaii, no matter where you go) and the host arranged new towels and ants repellent for the very next day.
